What is Hulled Millet? its a bakery seeds.. and not only
Millet is a gluten free round little yellow wholegrain, when look closely you may spot a tiny black dot on one side of the seed (this is where the seeds was attached to the stem when it was growing on).
Our millet is available in hulled and in natural form (in husk). For food (bakery usage) commonly goes hulled millet, because the seeds got indigestible covering that must be removed before it can be considered as food suitable for human consumption.
